How do I know which service to book?
Start by thinking about the result you’d like to achieve. For Manicures especially, the service descriptions will help guide you.
Still not sure? Feel free to reach out before booking. I’m happy to help you choose the correct service. This helps ensure we have enough time set aside to give your nails the attention they deserve.
Why do I have to book for product removal from another salon?
If you’re visiting for the first time and have product applied by another salon, always book the “+ Removal” option together with your desired service.
This allows enough time to safely remove the existing product and properly assess your natural nails before we begin.
Good to know: If removal turns out to be quick and straightforward, I’ll simply adjust the price accordingly. I’d much rather have a little extra time than rush your service.

Do you offer nail services without polish?
Absolutely. Both manicures and pedicures can be enjoyed without coating or polish and are ideal for both women and men.
How long do appointments usually take and what if I am running late?
Times vary and typically range from 45 mins to 2 hrs. The estimated duration is always shown when booking online. To ensure every guest receives the time and attention reserved for them, I kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment.
If you’re running late, please call me as soon as possible and let me know your estimated arrival time.
Whenever possible, I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, depending on your arrival time,we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the time planned for my next guest.
Good to know: If you arrive late without calling in advance, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled upon arrival.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
The Nail Edit ATX is located inside Salon Lofts Plaza Volente, Loft 3, in Austin, Texas.
There is plenty of parking available directly outside the building. Once inside, turn right—my studio is the second loft on the left.

Why doesn’t your pedicure bowl have jets?
I intentionally use a jet-free pedicure bowl. This design makes thorough cleaning and disinfection much easier between guests.
It’s one of the choices I make to support a clean, hygienic, and comfortable pedicure experience.
Do you offer a guarantee on your services?
Yes. If you experience a concern related to your service, please contact me as soon as possible. I may ask you to send photos of the area before determining the best way forward, and I’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Can I bring my child or dog to my appointment?
Sadly, no. Children under the age of 16 may not accompany guests during appointments. Pets are not permitted inside the treatment area due to hygiene standards. Trained service animals are, of course, an exception.

Can I purchase products to use at home?
Yes. A selection of the professional products used during your appointment is also available for purchase, including favorites from Footlogix and FarmHouse Fresh.
